Job Description

An experienced and talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Interior Design Projects: Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
• Design Development: Create and develop interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and finish specifications.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development.
• Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and plans to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through presentations, drawings, and written reports.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all design work meets the company's quality standards and design principles.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Certifications: NCIDQ certification or equivalent.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your design expertise and experience.
